We Are Jordan River Ministries

We want to get to know you!!

We are a Christ-centered ministry, led by the Holy Spirit and devoted to seeing lives transformed for the glory of God. Our heart is to follow where God leads, embracing the new things He is birthing in this season. We seek to reflect Jesus in all we do—living with grace, walking in truth, and pointing others to Him. We believe that Jesus is the Son of the Living God. He came in the flesh, gave His life on the cross for our sins, and rose again on the third day. He sent us the Holy Spirit—our Comforter and Friend—to guide us into all truth and to empower us with gifts, just as He chooses. We know each person is on a spiritual journey, and one day, we will all see the Lord face to face. Our hope is that you encounter Him here and now—experiencing His love, His power, and the joy that comes from truly knowing Him. KOINONIA is our strategy—deep personal relationship with God, and intentional relationship with one another. We’d love to walk this journey with you. Let’s do life together!

Our Purpose.

We believe that Jesus is the Son of the Living God, that He died on the cross for our sins, and rose again on the third day. We embrace the fact that He came in the flesh and gave us the Holy Spirit to lead and guide us into all truth. The Holy Spirit desires to fill each person, giving gifts as He chooses, and is our Comforter as well as our Friend.

Our Mission.

Our mission is to see lives changed for the glory of our God. We continue to pioneer the new things God is birthing as He leads. We desire to reflect Jesus and live full of grace and truth.

Samantha Levy.

We have traveled the world building BRIDGES, not divides, to see people find themselves in Christ!!

People everywhere are hungry for hope—and true hope is found in Christ alone. Through the prophetic leading of the Holy Spirit, we’ve seen lives radically transformed. Marriages restored. Children moved to tears in the presence of God. Teenagers overwhelmed by the Agape love of Jesus—unconditional, pure, and life-changing. We’ve watched people who believed they had “two left feet” begin to dance under the anointing of the Holy Spirit. Prophetic songs are birthed. Visions are released. Truth is declared—and freedom follows. From small gatherings to large worship encounters, God’s presence is moving powerfully across the land.

Books that Transform Samantha Levy, founder and prophetic voice in this ministry, has authored two powerful books: I Am With You – A devotional that has touched countless lives and has even been used for street evangelism. Valleys: Better Than the Mountaintops – A book that’s shifting perspectives, bringing encouragement, and serving as a trusted resource in small group Bible studies.

Where We've Been This ministry has carried the message of God’s love to: Worship conferences Native American reservations Kenya, South Africa, Mexico, Haiti, and the Dominican Republic Everywhere we go, we see lies broken, hearts healed, peace restored, and even prosperity released to those hungry for more of Him.

Empowering Women Globally We’re especially passionate about empowering women. One of our most treasured partnerships is with Zapatos Rojos in Mexico, led by Lizandra Hernandez—a mighty woman of God and a friend to the friendless.

What We’ve Seen Revival. Blind eyes opened. The deaf healed. Destinies awakened. Courage imparted. People are becoming exactly who God has predestined them to be—and we believe the best is still to come.

Identity in Christ.

Your Are Loved

In Christ, you are loved. You were created with a purpose. You are not just a convenient carbon copy of someone else. You were created uniquely and with intention. God lovingly designed every detail of your person. Can you imagine the love involved with that intricate design?

You Are Chosen

In Christ, you are not only loved but chosen. God sent His own Son to earth to die in your place so that you could be included in His family. God was not obligated to choose you based on your performance or credentials. He chose to carry out an intricate plan that involved the death of His own perfect Son, which allowed you the opportunity to be a child of God. You are no mistake. You are chosen and wanted.

You Are Forgiven

In order to be counted a child of the perfect Father, you had to be free of sin — that is, you had to be perfect with regard to doing right and not doing wrong. That is a tall order considering no one but Jesus was or is perfect and no one can attain perfection by their own effort. However, because Jesus who was without sin died the death you should have on the cross, you can be forgiven of sin. What you’ve done wrong is not counted against you, and all that Christ did right is counted for you. This forgiveness allows you to be considered a child of God. Therefore, in God’s eyes, if you have accepted what Jesus did for you, you are completely forgiven. From His perspective, you are without sin. It’s not that you won’t sin, but when He looks at you, He calls you forgiven. That is something on which you can build your identity.

You Are Redeemed

What does your forgiveness mean? You are redeemed — that is, Christ’s sacrifice has bought you back from the forces of sin and evil that once owned and controlled you and made you His. When God looks at you, He does not see a former sinner. He does not see you in light of who you once were. He sees you as redeemed: a new creation that has been made whole. You do not have to define yourself in light of your past mistakes. God does not do that. You can walk in the identity of someone who is made new in Christ.

You Are Adopted

What does it mean to be considered a child of God? It means that you have been adopted into His family. You are considered a legitimate child of the God of the universe, having all the rights and standing of Jesus His Son. God sees you as a cherished child who bears His name. Just as earthly adoption is a legally binding process that names you a permanent part of a family, heavenly adoption is just as permanent and binding. You are His child, and He will never take that away.

Church Is Family

Church is not like Family, Church IS FAMILY.

Spirit Led Life

Galatians 5:16 & 17 says: 16 But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh. 17 For the desires of the flesh are against the Spirit, and the desires of the Spirit are against the flesh, for these are opposed to each other, to keep you from doing the things you want to do. Our flesh does not want to be still and wait on God. We were born with a sin nature, but when we were born again we were given the Holy Spirit and now we have these two opposed natures inside of us. There is an inner war inside of us between the flesh and the Spirit. Paul does not say – you will not have the fleshly desires. He says, when you walk in the Spirit – you will not GRATIFY them. God sent his son to die for you and you have been set free. Yield to the Holy Spirit and be still, wait on the Lord and listen to him. Live a Spirit led life.
